Our high quality equipment coupled with a fully computerized production and material planning and information network system ensures quality and efficiency in manufacturing and yet also allows flexibility in the short run.
Our injection machines range from 25 tonnes to 2500 tonnes clamping force. We are also proud to possess the fastest high speed injection machine in Malaysia as well as a Class 10k cleanroom for parts which require high precision and are hygiene and dust sensitive.
Our decoration technology is wide so as to offer our customers a choice to enable them to differentiate themselves from their competitors. Some of our processes include hot stamping, in-mould decoration, fully automated spray painting (including UV painting in a Class 1K Cleanroom) as well as Cubic Decoration technology. With the latter process, we are able to make simple looking plastic parts to have wood, marble, high-tech and metal effects and is widely applicable for the automotive and consumer industry. We are currently investigating new decoration processes that will add a new dimension to our decorating abilities including 3D-effects.
We also have other secondary processes such as silk screening and pad printing, vibration ultrasonic and high frequency welding, sub-assemblies.
Our subsidiary is also involved in the design and fabrication of factory automation for various industries ranging from the automotive as well as electrical and consumer industries.
In an effort to further enchance our range of services to our customer, we have now ventured into blow injection. Currently this is used to produce large blow moulded automotive parts such as spoilers and air ducts.
We are in the midst of setting up of our China plant in Suzhou . Factory renovation is currently been carried out. Our Suzhou factory is expected to complete and ready for production in July 2006.
